Energy sources which will pave the way for technological and economic development and energy independence

Oil, Gas and Primary Energy Conference and Exhibition

Energy sector has entered an era of huge changes and challenges. Considering that global estimates indicate 30-40% increase in energy demand by 2035, more intensive exploration and production of all sources of primaryenergy is required in order to ensure economic development in the environment of integrated energy policy and global warming restrictions.

Croatia needs an energy strategy which will address global market changes and specifics of its own energy sector. Responsible energy policy should guarantee sustainable development, competitiveness of the energy sector, security of supply, low carbon transition, economic development and creation of new jobs.

Organized by: Croatian Association of Petroleum Engineers and Geologists

Croatian Association of Petroleum Engineers and Geologists (HUNIG) is a vocational, non-government, non-partisan and non-profit voluntary organisation with membership consisting of geological and petroleum engineers and technicians and professionals in other technical fields, lawyers, economists, and other experts who work or have worked in the oil, gas and energy industry, and senior students of technical and natural sciences.
